Tonight is probably the stormiest night of the season with snow in Jerusalem and the mountain tops. I went to see the Good Year film in the Colony Hotel. I was the only person in the theatre. It was a unique experience to have a private showing and recalling the concept called Provence. Coming out, I saw this empty terrace. I recalled a quote from John Berger:
We never look at just one thing; we are always looking at the relation between things and ourselves. Our vision is continually active, continually moving, continually holding things in a circle around itself, constituting what is present to us as we are.
