Adi is the daughter of my friend Michal. Today she asked me to do Adi's portrait for her upcoming Bath Mitzva. After taking the photos, I was telling them, "there is something Italian in this pose". Tonight I understood where the reference came from (Leonardo drawing)
When I was in High School I used to make furniture from drift found on the shores of the Mediterranean. Recently, I found on the beach a plank of beech wood. One morning I had an idea that I would transform it into a nesting box for tits that I see in my garden from time to time. The hole had to be precise, 28-30mm in order to ensure that house sparrows would not invade this chambre Bleue.

I have been riding the bike next to this pond in the old quarry. The wild rasberries remind me of Leonardo's drawing. The pond is full with rain water. The black clear water shows how a bio balance is created by the frogs, plans, birds. The summer is coming and then this pond is going to dry up.
